Inviting team members to collaborate on your Durable website lets you efficiently manage your business alongside your colleagues. Whether you're working with partners, employees, or contractors, you can easily provide secure and controlled access to your website, content, and customer tools.
How Teammate Access Works
Durable offers a flexible user access system with distinct roles to help you manage your business collaboratively. Each teammate you invite will have individual login credentials and an assigned role that determines their level of access and permissions within your Durable business. You can invite multiple teammates, and each will have their own secure login.
Durable supports three main roles: Owner, Admin, and Member.
The Owner has ultimate control over the business, including billing and workspace settings.
Admins have full access to the business, but cannot manage billing, payment settings, or workspace settings.
Members can manage contacts, invoices, bookings, and your blog, with view-only access for the website, team, and settings.

Inviting a New Teammate
Additional teammates are available on Launch and Grow plans.
To invite a new teammate to your Durable business:
Log into your Durable account and go to your Dashboard.
Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
In the Settings modal, select Team from the left-hand menu.
Click the Add a teammate button.
In the "Invite a teammate" modal:
Enter the email address of the teammate you'd like to invite (e.g., [email protected]).
Select a Role from the dropdown menu. You can choose between Member or Admin.
Click Send invite.
The invited teammate will receive an email invitation prompting them to join your Durable team. Once they accept this invitation, they will gain access to your business based on their assigned role.
Removing a Teammate
If you need to revoke access from a teammate, follow these simple steps:
Log into your Durable account and access your Dashboard.
Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the bottom-left corner.
In the Settings modal, choose Team from the left-hand menu.
Locate the teammate you want to remove from the team list.
Click the ... (three dots) menu next to their name.
Select Remove teammate.
Confirm the removal when prompted.
The selected teammate's access will be revoked immediately, and they will no longer have access to your Durable business.
Managing Teammate Access
You have complete control over your Durable team and can manage their access at any time:
Visit the Team section within the Settings modal to see a full list of teammates with access to your business, including their assigned roles.
Resend invitation emails if needed.
Remove teammates who no longer require access.
Note: Each invitation grants access only to the specific business associated with your Durable account. To provide access to additional Durable businesses, you must repeat the invitation process for each business.
