Edit SEO Settings for Pages

Learn how to update SEO Images and Descriptions, for your website's Pages

Search engine optimization (SEO) helps people discover your website online. Durable allows you to easily edit your SEO settings, including the Title, Preview Image and Description that appear in previews and search engine results for your pages. Updating these fields helps search engines understand your content and can improve visibility.

How to edit SEO settings for a specific page:

  1. In your website editor, click on the 'Page' setting option at the top of the screen.
    This will present a dropdown of all your website pages.

  2. Hover over the page you want to edit (for example, Home) and click the settings icon on the right hand side.

  3. To amend your page 'Title' (Which is shown on search results and Browser tabs), you can do so under the Details section.


  4. Select the SEO section.


  5. Customize the following sections:

    • Open Graph image: Choose or upload an image to display when your page is shared on social media.

      Use the option to Replace, to choose or create a new image.

    • Meta Description: Add a short, engaging summary (between 110–160 characters) that encourages clicks in search results. You can write this yourself, or use the option to 'Use AI', to have this autogenerated.


  6. Once your changes have been made, 'Publish' the changes, to make these LIVE for your website:
