Use the Payouts dashboard to track how the money you collect through online payments moves into your bank account.

This section helps you:

  • Review upcoming transfers

  • Confirm completed deposits

  • Monitor your available balance

  • Track payout statuses

  • Manage Instant Payouts if available

You can access payouts by going to:

Settings → Payments → Payouts

What You Can Do

Inside the Payouts dashboard, you can:

View Upcoming Payouts

See transfers that are scheduled but not yet sent to your bank.

View Completed Payouts

Review payouts that have already been deposited. Each payout includes:

  • Total amount

  • Deposit date

  • Status

  • Breakdown of included payments

Monitor Payout Status

Payouts may show the following statuses:

  • Pending – Preparing to transfer

  • In transit – Sent to your bank

  • Paid – Successfully deposited

  • Failed – Rejected by your bank

If a payout fails, update your banking information in Payment details to resolve the issue.

Payout Timing

Payout timing depends on your region, verification status, and payment method.

General expectations:

  • First payouts may take longer due to account verification

  • Ongoing payouts typically follow a scheduled cadence

  • Card payments usually settle within a few business days

  • Bank payments may require additional clearing time

Instant Payouts

Instant Payouts allow you to transfer available funds within minutes instead of waiting for the next scheduled payout.

Key details:

  • Available 24/7

  • Funds usually arrive within 30 minutes

  • Availability varies by country and bank

  • An additional fee may apply

  • Only available funds are eligible

  • Your account must be fully verified

If supported in your region, you will see an Instant Payout option in your dashboard.

How Funds Move Into Payouts

Funds move through two stages before being paid out:

  • Processing balance – Recent payments that are still clearing

  • Available balance – Cleared funds eligible for payout

Only funds in your available balance are included in payouts.

How Refunds and Disputes Affect Payouts

  • Refunds issued before a payout reduce that payout amount

  • Refunds or disputes after a payout may create a negative balance

  • Negative balances are settled using future payments
