The right images help visitors get to know your business, see your work, and understand what you offer. Ask Dru to add or replace an image, or choose one through the manual controls. You can then adjust its crop and position so the important details stay visible on desktop and mobile.
Use Dru with an image
Select the image or section and tell Dru what you want to add or replace. You can upload a photo using + in the chat input, select an existing photo, provide an image link you have permission to use, ask for a stock-library photo, or describe an AI image to generate. Explain where the image belongs, especially when the page has several images.
For a stock photo, describe the subject and style. For an uploaded or linked photo, say whether Dru should place that image on the page or use it only as a visual reference. Review the actual image and placement after Dru finishes.
For example: “Use the attached photo for this feature section and keep the heading.” Use your own authorized photos for your business, team, and work where authenticity matters.
Replace an image manually
Select the photo on the page and check the Photo context in the Dru panel on the right. For an image inside a section's fields, use Edit manually beside the input.
Choose Open Studio from the Photo controls.
Use Search photos to find an image, or use the upload-cloud icon in the upper-right corner to choose your own file. The selected thumbnail shows a checkmark.
Choose Done at the bottom to use the selection, or Cancel to leave Photo Studio.
Review the image in the section and preview the page on desktop and mobile.
The image control depends on the selected object. A section background, a gallery item, and a product image are not the same setting. Manage product item images in Sell, using Show products and digital downloads on your website with Sell to find the item details rather than changing the catalog section's layout.
Check cropping and layout
Dru can replace imagery and change the section's layout, but image crop and focal-position adjustments belong in the manual image controls. Check that faces, products, and important details remain visible in mobile preview. Ask Dru to change the image's placement in the layout when you want it beside or above the text.
If an upload is rejected, follow the formats and size limit shown in the uploader. Give the image an informative description where an alt-text field is available.
