Metrics sections are especially effective for:
Showing experience, scale, or credibility, such as years in business or customers served
Highlighting operational details, such as availability, locations, or capacity
Reinforcing trust with percentages, ratings, or performance indicators
Supporting decision making before a visitor contacts you or books a service
They work best when placed:
Below a hero or feature section to reinforce credibility
Mid-page to support key claims or offerings
Just above a call-to-action to strengthen confidence and conversions
Add the Metrics Section
Click Add Section on your page.
Select Metrics from the section list.
Click the Metrics section to add it to your page.
Durable automatically adds example metrics that you can customize.
Use the Section Toolbar
When you select the Metrics section, a toolbar appears above it.
From the toolbar, you can:
Open Design to adjust layout and visual settings
Click Edit Metrics to manage the metrics content
Move the section up or down on the page
Delete the section
Design the Metrics Section
Click Design in the section toolbar to customize how the Metrics section looks.
Click Design to open the Layout tab.
Use the Layout tab to:
Browse available Metrics layouts
Choose between compact, card-based, or bold number-focused designs
Preview each layout before applying it
Once selected, click Done to apply the layout.
Edit Metrics Content
Click Edit Metrics in the section toolbar to manage the content inside the section.
You will see a list of all metrics currently included.
From here, you can:
Reorder metrics using the drag handle
Edit a metric using the pencil icon
Delete a metric using the trash icon
Add a new metric by clicking Add item
Edit an Individual Metric
Click Edit on a metric to open its settings.
You can update:
Metric
The number, count, or value you want to highlightLabel
A short description that explains what the metric represents
Click Done to save your changes.
Best Practices
Keep metric values short and easy to scan
Use real, accurate numbers whenever possible
Focus on metrics that build trust or reduce hesitation
Avoid overcrowding the section with too many metrics
Pair Metrics sections with Feature or Call to Action sections for best results
