The Google Review Agent helps you automate and streamline your Google review management. By connecting your Google Business Profile, the AI Agent can monitor new reviews and draft thoughtful responses, saving you time and ensuring timely customer engagement.
Connect your Google Business Profile
In the left menu, open Google Reviews.
Select Start Agent.
When you see Setup required: connect your Google Business Profile, click Connect Google. This prompts you to log in to your Google Business Profile account.
Select the business from the list in your Google Business Profile.
Grant necessary permissions
A Google OAuth window will appear. Sign in with the Google account that has administrative access to your Google Business Profile.
Review the permissions requested by Durable, which enable the agent to monitor your reviews and post responses. Click Allow or Continue to grant these permissions.
Once permissions are granted, the connection is complete. The Google Review Agent dashboard will update to reflect the successful connection.
