The Google Review Agent helps you automate and streamline your Google review management. By connecting your Google Business Profile, the AI Agent can monitor new reviews and draft thoughtful responses, saving you time and ensuring timely customer engagement.
Connect your Google Business Profile
From your Durable dashboard, navigate to Google Reviews in the left-hand menu.
Select the option to "Start Agent".
Locate the message that says "Setup required: connect your Google Business Profile".
Click the Connect Google button to initiate the authorization process.
(This will prompt you to log in to your Google Business Profile account)Select the necessary or relevant business from the list of businesses present in your Google Business Profile.
Grant necessary permissions
A Google OAuth window will appear. Sign in with the Google account that is associated with your Google Business Profile.
Review the permissions requested by Durable, which enable the agent to monitor your reviews and post responses. Click Allow or Continue to grant these permissions.
Once permissions are granted, the connection is complete. The Google Review Agent dashboard will update to reflect the successful connection.
Ensure you sign in with the Google account that has administrative access to your Google Business Profile to successfully grant the necessary permissions.
