The Google Review Agent helps you manage your Google Business Profile reviews efficiently. It monitors new feedback, drafts AI responses, and allows you to approve or modify them before publishing.
Understand the Google Review Agent dashboard
When you navigate to the Google Review Agent, you'll see a dashboard that provides an overview of your review activity and pending tasks.
At the top, you'll find key metrics: your total Reviews, your Avg. rating, and the number of Pending replies.
The Needs your attention section lists all reviews that have not yet received a response. These are reviews awaiting your approval or modification.
The Recent responses section displays reviews for which a response has already been posted to your Google Business Profile.
Respond to new reviews
The Google Review Agent streamlines the process of replying to customer feedback by providing AI-generated draft responses.
Go to your Durable dashboard and click on Google Reviews.
In the Needs your attention section, click on any review you wish to address.
Review the customer's original feedback and the AI-generated draft response provided by the agent.
To post the AI-generated response as is, click Approve. A confirmation message "Response posted" will appear, and the review will move to the Recent responses section.
If the draft response is not suitable, click Decline. This will discard the draft, and the review will remain in the Needs your attention section for you to address later.
(Optional) To modify the AI-generated draft or request a new one, type your instructions into the Ask anything chat box at the bottom of the screen. For example, you might type "Make it more formal" or "Add a thank you for their feedback." The agent will then generate a revised response based on your input.
Regularly checking your Needs your attention section ensures timely responses, which can significantly improve your business's online reputation and customer satisfaction.
View recent responses
After you approve a response, it is automatically posted to your Google Business Profile, and the review moves from the Needs your attention section to Recent responses.
From the Google Review Agent dashboard, scroll down to the Recent responses section.
Here, you can view a history of all reviews you have responded to, along with the AI-generated replies that were posted.
