Who this is for: You already purchased the Business Formation add-on and need billing, renewal, or cancellation help.
Cancelling does not dissolve your company. It ends Durable's registered agent service at the end of your paid year, which can affect good standing with the state.
You can review billing details and renewal for the Business Formation add-on from Settings > Billing and usage.
Find the add-on
Go to Settings from the left-hand menu.
Click Billing and usage.
Under Add-ons, you will see Business formation, its annual cost (e.g., $150/year), and its renewal date. Click Manage plan to update payment information, or Cancel plan.
If you cancel
Cancellation is not immediate. The add-on continues until the end of your current paid year. You can click Resume renewal if you change your mind before that period ends.
If you cancel:
Your company's legal status (e.g., LLC) stays formed. Your EIN and formation history are retained.
Durable's registered agent service ends at the end of your current paid year.
Without a registered agent, your company may fall out of good standing with the state, and could be dissolved.
Appoint a replacement registered agent to stay in compliance.
