You can pay bills from your financial account by bank transfer, and save recipients so you don't have to enter their details again.
Bills are paid in USD to US bank accounts only. If a bill is in another currency, you'll see Unable to pay bill.
Add a bill
Click Money in the left sidebar, then Financial accounts, then the Bills tab.
Click Add bill.
Drag in a JPG, PNG, or PDF of the bill (up to 8MB) to fill in the details for you, or click Add details manually.
Check the Amount, Due date, Invoice number, and Memo. Correct anything the scan got wrong.
Click Continue.
Choose a saved recipient, or add a new one:
Enter their email and country, and choose Bank transfer.
Choose Individual or Company and enter their legal name. A company name must match the name on their bank account.
Enter their routing and account number.
Click Continue.
Review the bill and click Confirm, or click Save draft to finish it later.
Bank transfers usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days.
Find a bill
On the Bills tab, use All, Drafts, or Open to filter by status. You can also filter by Amount, Invoice number, or Due date. Click a bill to open it.
Add a recipient
On the Bills tab, scroll to Recipients and click Add recipient.
Enter their email and country.
Optionally, add a Display name. Only your team sees this.
Choose Bank transfer, then Individual or Company, and enter their legal name and bank details.
Click Continue. You'll see a message that the recipient is ready to receive payouts.
Manage a recipient
Click a recipient to:
Send money to them
Edit their details
Add payout method, so you can pay them to another bank account
Choose Set as default on the bank account you pay most often
Delete a bank account, or delete the recipient
