If you’re running a Canadian-based business, you can get started with registration through Ownr, a partner built by RBC, from Durable’s Form a business screen.
Find Business Formation
From your Durable dashboard, open Business Formation in the left-hand navigation menu.
Get started registering your Canadian business
Ownr offers services to help you register and manage your Canadian business:
Registration as a corporation or sole proprietorship
Help obtaining your Canadian CRA business number
Minute book and annual filing services, depending on your business structure and chosen package
Registering your Canadian business through Durable unlocks 20% off Ownr services. Government filing fees are excluded from the discount.
Select Get started to proceed through the Ownr flow.
Follow Ownr’s prompts to register your business. Review the available services, eligibility, pricing, and government fees before proceeding.
When you have your business details, return to Durable and open Business Formation.
Choose Add your details to add the details for your formed business.
If you have already formed your business, you can go straight to Add your details.
Form a U.S. company instead
If you want to form a U.S. business, select Form a U.S. company instead to open the U.S. formation flow. Follow Form a New U.S. Business with Durable for those instructions.
