Answering common questions on your website helps visitors understand your services and what to expect before they contact you. Use an FAQ section for a few helpful answers, or give a larger collection its own page. Here's how to add your questions, organize them, and keep the answers clear.
Add or select the section
Open the page and tell Dru which section to add and where it belongs. You can also select Add section at the top or bottom edge of a section, then choose Browse designs in the panel on the right to find a suitable starting point; adding a designed section uses Dru. Review the generated content before keeping it.
Update the section with Dru
Ask Dru to update the questions and answers using your actual business information and policies. Tell it which wording must stay unchanged.
Keep the section selected and describe the layout or styling you want. For example: “Make these FAQs easy to scan and preserve the full wording of each answer.” Inspect the actual result after Dru finishes, then refine it or use Undo if needed.
Edit the content by hand
Select the section, then choose Edit manually beside the Dru input. Edit the fields provided by that design. The available fields vary; use the controls shown for your selected section.
Update each question and its answer. Use the list's add, reorder, and remove controls when available. Put the questions customers ask most often near the beginning.
Keep each question focused on one issue. If the answer depends on a service, location, or package, name it. Link to a relevant detail page when a short answer is not enough. To give a longer FAQ collection its own address, follow Create pages and manage page settings and add your questions to the new page.
Open individual list items to edit their details. Where available, use an add control for a new item, a drag handle to reorder, or the trash control to remove an item. Choose Done to apply the panel changes.
Review before publishing
Open any expandable questions in Preview and test links within answers. Check that the answers reflect your actual policies. Check desktop and mobile preview, then publish when ready.
