FAQ sections work especially well for:
• Addressing common customer concerns
• Explaining policies, requirements, or expectations
• Reducing repetitive inquiries
• Supporting conversions by removing uncertainty
They are best placed:
• Near the bottom of a page as a reference point
• Before a Contact or Call to Action section
• On service or pricing pages where questions are likely
Add the FAQ Section
Click Add Section on your page.
Select FAQ from the section list.
Click the FAQ section to add it to your page.
Durable will automatically add example questions and answers that you can customize.
Use the FAQ Toolbar
When the FAQ section is selected, a toolbar appears above the section.
From the toolbar, you can:
• Open Design to adjust the section layout
• Click Edit faq items to manage questions and answers
• Move the section up or down the page
• Delete the section if needed
Choose an FAQ Layout
To change the visual layout of your FAQ section, click Design in the toolbar.
Under Design, open the Layout tab. From here, you can:
• Browse different FAQ layout options
• Choose layouts with or without images
• Preview each layout before applying it
Once you select a layout, click Done to apply it.
Edit and Customize FAQ Items
To manage your questions and answers, click Edit FAQ items in the toolbar.
You will see a list of all FAQ items in the section. From this list, you can:
• Reorder items using the drag handle
• Edit a question or answer using the pencil icon
• Remove an item using the trash icon
This allows you to fully customize the order and content of your FAQ list.
Update a Question or Answer
In Edit FAQ items, click Edit on the item you want to update.
Modify the question text as needed.
Add or revise the answer content.
Click Done to save your changes.
Your updates will appear immediately on the page.
