Payouts are part of Durable Payments and do not require financial accounts. Use the Payouts dashboard to track how the money you collect from customers moves into your bank account.
Open your payouts
Click Money in the left sidebar, then Payments.
Click the Payouts tab.
View upcoming and completed payouts
Upcoming payouts are scheduled but have not yet been sent to your bank.
Completed payouts show the total amount, deposit date, status, and the payments included in the payout.
Understand payout statuses
Pending: the payout is being prepared.
In transit: the payout has been sent to your bank.
Paid: the payout was successfully deposited.
Failed: the payout was rejected by your bank.
If a payout fails, update your banking information under Payment details.
Payout timing
Payout timing depends on your region, verification status, and payment method. First payouts may take longer while your account is verified. Card payments usually settle within a few business days, while bank payments may require additional clearing time.
How funds move into payouts
Processing balance: recent payments that are still clearing.
Available balance: cleared funds that are eligible for payout.
Only funds in your available balance are included in payouts.
How refunds and disputes affect payouts
Refunds issued before a payout reduce the payout amount.
Refunds or disputes after a payout may create a negative balance.
Future payments are used to settle a negative balance.
