Accessing Your Customer List

Your customer list is the central hub for managing all your client relationships within Durable. It provides a comprehensive overview of your contacts, allowing you to quickly find and interact with them.

To access your customer list:

  1. From your Durable dashboard, locate the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click on the Customers option.

This will open your main customer list, displaying all your contacts in a table format.

Understanding the Customer List Columns

The customer list displays key information about each contact in organized columns. Understanding these columns helps you quickly grasp important details at a glance.

Common columns you'll find include:

  • Name: The full name of your customer (e.g., Jane Doe).

  • Email: The primary email address for the customer (e.g., [email protected]).

  • Phone: The primary phone number for the customer (e.g., (555) 123-4567).

  • Last Activity: The date of the most recent interaction or update related to the customer.

  • Status: An indicator of the customer's current relationship or stage (e.g., Lead, Active, Inactive).

You can also add and manage custom fields to display additional information relevant to your business directly in your customer profiles.

Sorting Your Customer List

To organize your customer list according to specific criteria, you can sort the data by any of the available columns.

To sort your customer list:

  1. Click on the header of the column you wish to sort by (e.g., Name, Last Activity).

  2. The list will reorder itself based on the selected column.

  3. Clicking the same column header again will reverse the sort order (e.g., from ascending to descending, or vice versa).

Searching for Customers

When you have a large customer base, the search function allows you to quickly locate specific contacts without manually scrolling through the entire list.

To search for a customer:

  1. Locate the search bar, typically positioned above the customer list.

  2. Type in a keyword related to the customer you are looking for. This can include their name, email address, or phone number.

  3. The list will dynamically filter, displaying only the customers that match your search query.
