If you already use a scheduling, chat, review, or other service, you may want customers to reach it from your website. Depending on what the provider offers, you can connect it through a button link, an embedded widget, or a site-wide script. Use this guide to choose the right route and check the experience on your page.
Choose a connection method
A provider may give you a public URL, an embed snippet for a page, or a site-wide script. Use the matching Durable control:
Ask Dru to link a page button to the provider's public URL for an external booking or contact flow, or set an External link in the button's manual settings.
Follow Add an embed section with custom code for a widget that belongs inside a page, including placing the provider's code and checking its dimensions.
Follow Add and manage site-wide custom code for a site-wide script, including Head/Body placement and disabling or removing it later.
Follow the provider's instructions for code placement and account requirements. A generated section is not a substitute for connecting the provider's account.
Calendly and other scheduling tools
Create the event in your scheduling service and copy its public event link. Ask Dru to link a button to that exact URL, or set the button's External link by hand. To show the provider inside the page, install the service's embed code manually in an Embed section. Scheduling and confirmations remain managed by that provider.
Social feeds, reviews, and chat
For a social feed or review widget, configure the provider's source account and display rules before installing its code. Check the final widget on your website, including mobile layout and links. Chat messages are handled by the service connected to the widget; Dru's editor chat is not a visitor chat inbox. For a WhatsApp, Telegram, or Messenger contact widget, arrange for someone on your team to monitor and reply in that service. Adding the widget alone does not provide automated replies.
Translation and cookie tools
Durable's native Languages settings are available for website translation. If using a third-party translation or cookie tool, follow that provider's installation instructions and avoid overlapping installations. A visible cookie notice by itself does not prove that other scripts wait for consent.
Remove a widget
Disable or remove its site-wide script in Integrations. For an ordinary Embed section or button link on the page, ask Dru to remove the section or change the link, or use the corresponding manual controls. Choose the route that matches how you installed it. Account connections and subscriptions may need separate management at the provider.
