Access Booking Settings
Open your Booking page.
Click Settings in the top-right corner.
Use the left sidebar to navigate between Schedule, Visibility, and Integrations.
Configure Your Schedule
Your schedule determines when you are available to accept bookings.
Set Your Time Zone
Select your preferred time zone.
All booking times will display based on this setting.
Set Weekly Availability
Toggle on the days you are available.
Set your working hours for each day.
Click the + icon to add multiple time slots in a single day if needed.
Tip: Turn off a day to mark it as unavailable.
Adjust Visibility Settings
Visibility controls how and when customers can book appointments.
Show Booking Widget
Enable Show booking widget on your website to allow customers to book directly from your site.
Set Minimum Notice
Choose how much advance notice is required before a booking:
None
30 minutes
1 hour
4 hours
1 day
2 days
Custom
This helps you avoid last-minute bookings if you need preparation time.
Set Maximum Advance
Define how far in advance customers can schedule:
1 week
2 weeks
1 month
2 months
Custom
This keeps your calendar manageable and prevents bookings too far in the future.
Set Up Integrations
Integrations allow your booking system to sync with external calendars.
Connect Google Calendar
Once connected, you can enable:
Add bookings to Google Calendar
Automatically create calendar events when a booking is made.Sync Google Calendar events
Display your existing calendar events within your booking calendar.Respect busy status
Block booking availability during times marked as busy in Google Calendar.Auto-cancel bookings deleted from Google
If an event is removed from Google Calendar, the corresponding booking is canceled automatically.
Manual Sync
Click Sync now to update your calendar immediately.
