Your storefront lets customers explore what you sell and prepare a purchase. Knowing what they see can help you make item details clearer and answer questions about shopping on your website.
Browse item details
Visitors browse your listed items in an all-items section on your website. Selecting an item opens its individual details, including its name, description, price and any images you’ve added. From there, visitors can go back to browsing items.
If you’ve added custom questions, customers can provide details such as personalization requests or a preferred date. Questions marked as required must be answered before the item can be added to the cart.
To update item details or custom questions, see Add and customize items for sale.
Your cart
Customers can click Your cart at the bottom right of your website to open a cart drawer on the right side. Clicking Add to cart on an item also opens the drawer.
In the cart, customers can:
Review item names, quantities and the subtotal.
Use + and − to change quantities. The item amounts and subtotal update as quantities change.
Click Remove to remove an item.
Click Checkout when they’re ready to check out.
Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Customers can close the drawer with X to keep browsing.
