A contact form gives visitors a place to ask a question or tell you what they need without leaving your website. Add a contact section, choose the information you want to collect, and make sure inquiries reach the right inbox. You can also include your business details and a message that tells visitors what happens after they submit.
Add or select a contact section
Ask Dru to add a contact section to the intended page. You can also select Add section at the top or bottom edge of a section, then choose Browse designs in the panel on the right to find a contact design. Review its position and introductory wording.
Select the contact section and choose Edit manually beside the input in the Dru panel on the right. This opens the manual route to its contact-form settings in the new editor.
Configure the form
Review the destination email for inquiries and the fields visitors complete. Use the form-field controls to edit labels, add supported fields, or mark a field as required. Keep required questions limited to what you need to respond.
If you need information beyond standard contact details, add your existing Customers custom fields through the form's field selector. These fields are managed separately from the text surrounding the form. Follow Add custom fields to your contact form to add an existing custom field, set its label, and choose whether an answer is required.
Customize the surrounding information
Ask Dru to update the surrounding wording or layout, providing the exact phone, email, address, or directions link you want visitors to see. You can also update the heading, description, contact details, and directions link in the fields offered by the selected design. Check the success-message title, message, and button in the manual settings so visitors know what happens after they submit.
Use the manual form settings for the form's operational fields. Do not assume that changing a visible email address also changes the form's recipient.
Test the form
Preview the layout on mobile. After publishing, send a clearly labeled test inquiry, confirm the success message and recipient, and check the stored customer details. See Receiving Website Contact Form Submissions for where submissions arrive.
