Create and customize a banner

Introduce your business with a clear heading, imagery, and a main action.

A banner introduces your business or sets the scene for a particular page, helping visitors understand what you offer and where to go next. Bring together a clear heading, relevant imagery, and a main action, then use Dru or the available manual fields to make the section your own.

Add or select the section

Open the page and tell Dru which section to add and where it belongs. You can also select Add section at the top or bottom edge of a section, then choose Browse designs in the panel on the right to find a suitable starting point; adding a designed section uses Dru. Review the generated content before keeping it.

Update the section with Dru

Ask Dru to update the heading, supporting text, image, or button. Provide the exact wording and button destination where needed, and say what should stay unchanged.

Keep the section selected and describe the layout or styling you want. For example: “Make this banner more compact and put the image beside the text, keeping the existing button destination.” Inspect the actual result after Dru finishes, then refine it or use Undo if needed.

Edit the content by hand

Select the section, then choose Edit manually beside the Dru input. Edit the fields provided by that design. The available fields vary; use the controls shown for your selected section.

Edit the heading, supporting text, and buttons that the banner exposes. Select an image separately when you want to replace it or adjust its manual crop. Keep the main message short enough to read before a visitor scrolls.

A banner can introduce the entire business or one page. State what you offer and make the next action clear. For a button, set both its label and its destination; changing only the label does not change the link. Follow Add buttons and set link destinations to connect the banner's main action to a page, contact method, or booking flow.

Open individual list items to edit their details. Where available, use an add control for a new item, a drag handle to reorder, or the trash control to remove an item. Choose Done to apply the panel changes.

Review before publishing

Check that the heading is readable over the background and that the main button opens the correct page or booking flow. Check desktop and mobile preview, then publish when ready.
